Luisa Prandina studied at the Civica Scuola di Musica in Milan, graduating at 15 years with full marks.
At ten years of age he won the first prize at the "Bellini" national competition in Como and subsequently several national and international competitions.
Since 1986 she has been the first harp of the European Community Youth Orchestras (ECYO), Frankfurt Radio, the Chamber Orchestra of Europe.
At 23 she became the first harp of the Teatro alla Scala orchestra, having won the international competition to fill this role.
He performs an intense concert activity both in chamber ensembles, with prestigious musicians such as Yuri Bashmet, Dora Schwarzberg, and, as a soloist, with famous orchestras such as the Filarmonica della Scala, Solisti Veneti, Virtuosi di Mosca, Mahler Chamber Orchestra.
He is a solo guest in important rooms, such as the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Sala Verdi of the Milan Conservatory, Philharmonie in Berlin, Kurhaus in Wiesbaden. He is a visiting professor at the Conservatory of Namur, at the Fiesole school and at the Claudio Abbado international school in Milan and coach for the Mahler orchestra and the Euyo.
